No matter the percentage of total gray or the texture of your hair.Learn more about gray hair by reading our All About Gray Hair resource page.Take our Color Quiz to find out if this new color collection is a match for you. Each week I’ll be looking at one season and discussing the different types within that season and how it might affect the kinds of colours you choose to wear.I hope that you have enjoyed the last three articles that I have shared with you, as it has been a true pleasure sharing my passion and voice with the Lehigh Valley Woman’s Journal reading community! In this month’s article, I will be addressing one of the most common areas of concern for women; whether or not to go gray, color options and what the best strategy for allowing your gray to grow in – Also, as a friendly reminder, we would love to extend an interactive approach to our beauty column by offering an “Ask Erin” feature. The word: Baker is a favorite of busy (yet choosy) fashion and beauty insiders.

What we got: Highlights in wheat and honey, which Baker carefully swept on from our roots to our ends. Johns has used every blonde adjective to describe his work.

When discussing each season I will try to use the most commonly understood terms of each type, but please do contact us if you feel we’ve missed out a term that would help colour analysis clients understand their season.

When a client has a personal colour analysis, the time when they were given one of four designations – Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter – and sent on their way is long gone.

However it is described, the fact is that the time of being simply one of four seasons is over.

Most systems are now what is called ’12 season’, which means that you can be slotted into one of 12 ‘boxes’ by your analyst.

Simply email your beauty questions or respective areas of interest to [email protected] we will do our best to address each email on an individual basis in the following month’s column. I would love to share with you a story, of one of my current clients, and her experience with “Going Gray”.
